Flutie was in Harrisburg Tuesday evening at the Hilton Hotel as the guest speaker for the annual Nettie Mann Achievement Awards Dinner, which is put together by Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped (PIBH) and its President and CEO, Alfred Baker.
Founded in 1956, PIBH works with 75 member agencies to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities through the fulfillment of state government contracts for goods and services. Read More
